    Can someone please tell me the differance between a jacketed #14 R90XLPE and an unjacketed one . What does jacketed mean? Don

    Don, to the best of my knowledge, there were some manufacturers that made their XLPE insulated wires with a extra layer of insulation that CSA called a jacket. They took up more space in a conduit. I think they are almost obsolete now and may be removed from the next code.
